CausalWave provides software intelligence services including legacy code analysis, reverse engineering, architecture mapping, and code modernization. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements with each client.
Your code is yours. All client source code, binaries, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of the client. CausalWave does not claim any ownership over client-provided materials.
Our tools are ours. CausalWave's proprietary tools, methodologies, and software (including but not limited to RippleForge, RootCause, and EmberCAD) remain the intellectual property of CausalWave.
Deliverables. Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all deliverables produced for a client (architecture maps, modernized code, analysis reports) become the property of the client upon full payment.
All client engagements are conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed prior to any exchange of proprietary materials. CausalWave will not disclose client identity, project details, or any confidential information without explicit written consent.
CausalWave provides services on an "as-is" basis within the scope defined in each service agreement. We are not liable for:
